The SPS Print Group is proud to announce the recent purchase of our new XPose 290-UV plate maker which is presently being installed.

With the current climate dictating that to survive all manufacturing businesses must improve production whilst reducing costs, Operations Director at SPS Karen Beadle-Rich made the decision to purchase the new XPose 290-UV, which will serve to plate both our Man Roland VLF large format litho and our Heidelberg B1presses.

Karen chose to upgrade from the Luscher XPose 190 to XPose 290-UV for many reasons all in line with the SPS drive to reduce costs and become more efficient making SPS even more appealling to their customers old and new.

The brand new XPose 290-UV plate maker will give SPS the following benefits…

· A reduction in monthly plate and chemistry spend, a positive saving which can be targeted into other areas of the business.

· Energy saving; as less is required to image plates

· An increase in volume of plate production per hour making our jobs move quicker through the factory and allowing us to produce more in one day.

· Reduction in make ready timeon press again cutting costs and turnaround time per job.

Point of Sale Displays

Point of sale displays are a special form of sales promotion or in store advertising used to advertise products in an innovative way.
