Design - Clockworx

With the benefit of its focused retail marketing knowledge and experience, group company Clockworx  Design sits in the top left corner of the building a connecting door away from the production office. Even the most earth shatteringly creative ideas need to be grounded in reality, and a quick “can we produce this and how much” check with production is all it takes to ensure that we don’t promise you the undeliverable.

From store layouts via POS to retail branding, Clockworx offers a depth of understanding about retail that is unique.

However many SPS Group clients already have a preferred design partner. That's fine, your agency can work direct with the production team. We enjoy being a trusted and reliable production partner for a wide range of design agencies, respecting carefully their own client relationships.

Prototype

If you have several hundred stores, even phoning them up is a major project.  That’s why we encourage you to work with us on prototypes first.  Come down and look at your designs in-situ in our in-house store window.  If that looks good, let’s work on fitting out a pilot store.

All the while we can be course correcting, watching out for opportunities to do things better and cheaper, so that the main role out is as effective as possible from roll-out to actually achieving the desired results.
